We had our first Meal in the Lal, and I must say it was really nice to go out for a meal where the people, place and food was so enjoyable. The staff were all polite, the bar was busy and entertaining watching the cocktails being made. Definitely on our list of special places to eat.

Found on the main street in Selsey, you will find this little gem. From the moment you step inside, you are welcomed by the warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a great menu with a full selection of tapas, cocktails, and moctails. The place is decorated so beautifully. I even have to take a picture of the hand wash station beside the bathrooms. A staff member told me they have a large outdoor seating area that will be open again closer to summer, and apparently its beautiful when it's open, I hope to get the opportunity to go back and sit outside with some more amazing food and cocktails. I would highly recommend it as it's so worth the visit.

My first to here, with my friend. Wow the service was brilliant even when busy staff are very attentive, food was amazing as are the cocktails. The staff are friendly and very helpful, atmosphere was vibrant and very welcoming with great garden space with heaters for the cooler evenings. Very much worth and visit and will definitely be going when I go to visit Y friend again.

Amazing authentic food and service, staff helpful and friendly. One of our highlights when eating out in selsey. Highly recommend. My daughter especially recommends the pizza. I would recommend the dips and shawarma!!

Wow what an excellent experience. While visiting family in Selsey we decided to stop for a bight to eat before the long drive back to London. We came across this Mediterranean tapas restaurant and as it looked so lovely and inviting we decided it was the place for us. I had a grilled pork chop with a mushroom and spinach creamy sauce and it was delicious. My wife had a chicken pasta dish and she barley left the pattern on the plate. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and we talked with the wonderful owners and they gave us some insight into the little details all around the restaurant and how some bits they had specially imported. My daughter had some garlic bread some potato cubes and a lovely salad. They also have a bar which serves beers wines and cocktails. The menu is perfect having something for everyone. They have a lovely back garden area and do functions in a private area at the back also. I would definitely recommend calling into Lal Bar if you are ever in Selsey.

4 of us had a last minute visit on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were great, the cocktails brilliant and the food was fantastic. Would highly recommend the tapas dishes, everything was freshly made, hot and went down a treat. Every plate was clean!!!

Went out for the day in Selsey and came across this place to try out. Honestly I was absolutely blown away. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, absolutely stunning bar with the outside seating SO relaxing and spacious with music that really set a chill vibe. And the food, my god the food was amazing. fresh, good quality tasting food it was SO yum. We will be back very soon! Go here you won’t regret it! Xxxx

Popped in for a couple of cocktails yesterday. Finally somewhere in Selsey that can actually mix drinks. As always they serve fantastic Taps with the addition of a open kitchen and a beautiful courtyard garden to chill and relax as well.
